1- Click on Offers.
2- Browse the available offers.
3- Choose the preferred products.

How to purchase?

Once you have decide what products you want to buy, purchasing process is easy and simple.

1- Select the product.
2- Add the product to Shopping Cart.
3- Go to Shopping Cart.
4- Click on Check Out.
5- Click on Confirmation. 
6- Click on Next.
7- Select the payment method.
8- Click on Check Out.
9- Click on OK.
10- Your order details will appear.
11- Click on Finish.
12- You will receive an email with your order details. 

How to make your Payment?

We've provided two payment methods to enable you to pay for your purchases with ease and safety.

Credit card payment

1. Select your products.
2. In the third step of the purchasing process select Credit Card.
3. Select the type of your card.
4. Enter the card details as described.
5. Click on Pay. 

 SADAD payment

1. Select your products.
2. In the third step of the purchasing process select SADAD.
3. Click on Check Out.
4. Click on OK.
5. Your order number and invoice number will appear.
6. Print or write the details.
7. Go to your bank’s ATM or your bank’s website or call your phone banking.
8. Select SADAD payment services.
9. Select (others)
10. Enter the code 021
11. Enter the invoice number
12. Confirm the payment process.

 Buying for a relative or a friend

Now through E-Mall you can buy and send gifts to whom you love.

1. Select the product.
2. Add the product to Shopping Cart.
3. Go to Shopping Cart.
4. Click on Check Out.
5. Select Another Address.
6. Select the city.
7. Fill in the address details for the new destination.
8. Click on Check Out.
9. Click on Confirmation.
10.Click on Next.
11.Select the payment method.
12.Click on Check Out.
13.Click on OK.
14.Your order details will appear.
15.Click on Finish.
16.You will receive an email with your order details.

Cancellation and Refund

Do not worry, you can cancel your purchase at any time as you can replace it with another product.

Cancellation before shipping

1. Login into your account.
2. Select Track Orders.
3. Select cancel an order.

Cancellation after shipping

1. Login into your account.
2. Select Track Orders.
3. Select cancel an order.
4.  Only the shipping charges will be deducted.

Refund after delivery

1- The receipt of the order is the end of the transaction.
2- Orders can be refund according to the terms and conditions of the store.

My Account

You are free to edit your details as you can follow your orders and suggestions through My Account.

1. Change the password / enables you to change your password as you want.
2. Track Order/ enables you to follow your orders and to cancel your orders.
3. Edit Profile/ enables you to edit some of your details.
4. View Feedback/ enables you to follow your suggestion and your complaints that you have sent to the website through Contact Us.
5. Wish List/ displays the products you have placed them under Wish List and any updates about them.
